Marketing
Shape how Zinwave is understood in the market. Lead brand and inbound growth across our own products and our client engagements.
- Plan and run campaigns across social, content and email
- Write clear, persuasive copy for landing pages, posts and case studies
- Build brand awareness and a healthy inbound pipeline
- Measure performance with analytics and invest in what works
- 2+ years in marketing or growth (startup or agency experience a plus)
- Strong writing and storytelling ability
- Fluency with analytics and a habit of experimentation
- Self-directed and effective in a remote environment
UX Designer
Design products people genuinely enjoy using, from first wireframe to polished, production-ready UI across our own products and client work.
- Translate ideas into wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI
- Own end-to-end UX for products and client projects
- Build and maintain design systems
- Partner closely with developers to ship precise, high-quality work
- A strong portfolio of web and app design work
- Proficiency in Figma
- A solid command of interaction and visual design
- Bonus: motion design, design systems or front-end familiarity
Software Developer
Build and ship real products end to end: web apps, APIs and AI features across our own portfolio and client projects.
- Build web apps, APIs and integrations across the stack
- Ship features in focused, weekly iterations
- Uphold quality, performance and developer experience
- Collaborate with design to bring products to life
- 2+ years building web applications
- Strong JavaScript and TypeScript, with React and Node (or similar)
- Confidence with modern tooling and cloud infrastructure
- Bonus: AI and LLM integrations or mobile experience
Cloud & DevOps Engineer
Design, automate and operate the AWS infrastructure behind our products and client platforms. Own reliability, cost efficiency and delivery from build to production.
- Architect and provision AWS infrastructure as code (Terraform or CDK)
- Build CI/CD pipelines and container workloads on ECS Fargate and Lambda
- Set up monitoring, alerting and backups for high availability and uptime
- Optimise cloud cost and security across accounts and environments
- 2+ years in cloud or DevOps engineering, primarily on AWS
- Hands-on with infrastructure as code, containers and CI/CD
- A solid grasp of networking, security and observability
- Bonus: media pipelines (CloudFront, MediaConvert) or Kubernetes
