Zinwave is building UrPhysio, a done-for-you digital presence and patient-management platform for physiotherapy clinics in India — a professional clinic website live in minutes, online appointment booking with per-therapist calendars, and WhatsApp automation for reminders and follow-ups.
The challenge
Small physiotherapy clinics (1–5 therapists) rarely have the time or budget for a proper online presence, real online booking, or patient follow-up — losing appointments to no-shows and missed reminders. UrPhysio set out to give every clinic a professional website, real online booking and automated WhatsApp communication in one affordable product, while securely handling patient health data.
What we did
- Built a multi-tenant Next.js platform where each clinic gets a professional, SEO-ready website with AI-written copy, live in minutes.
- Designed a 5-step patient booking flow with per-therapist calendars, real availability and phone-OTP verification — no patient account required.
- Automated WhatsApp confirmations, 24-hour and 1-hour reminders, package alerts and win-backs to cut no-shows.
- Delivered as a production-grade, secure platform with compliant handling of patient health data (India’s DPDP Act), plus local-SEO geo pages and optional Razorpay prepayment at booking.
